Getting started
3 questionsHow long does it take to get my club online?
Setting up usually takes about thirty minutes. You send us your courts, your rates and your slots: we import everything and configure your page with you. You approve, it goes live.
Do I lose my data when switching software?
No, nothing is lost. Members, booking history and rate cards: the migration is handled end to end, with no downtime for your players.
Is there a setup or migration fee?
None. We import your courts, your slots, your rates and your members, then train your team. It is included in your subscription.

3 questionsWhat does my club gain from being on Palarena?
Your page stays in your name and your colours, with your courts and your rates. What it gains on top is the trust of a brand players recognise: they book without hesitating. And as Palarena grows, with the player app on the way, your club joins a network of independent clubs that gain reach together, instead of staying a lone site nobody discovers.
Do you handle my members’ subscriptions and dues?
Not yet, but they are on the way. Memberships, session passes and direct debit are planned, and founding clubs will get them with no price increase.
What if my members are not comfortable with technology?
They can keep calling or dropping by the desk as they do today. Your team creates the booking in a few clicks and the schedule stays in sync.
Price and commitment
5 questionsWhat exactly is the commission charged on?
The commission applies only to bookings collected online through Palarena, at the moment of collection. What you collect on site is never commissioned.
Why is your commission so low?
Because our aim is to sell excellent software, not to take a large cut of every booking. We prefer a simple, predictable model that stays profitable for your club and for us.
What happens after the first free year?
You move to €99 per month, and that price never goes up. Your commission stays at 1%, and it never goes up either.
Does the price depend on the number of courts or members?
No. €99 per month, whether you have 2 courts or 20, 100 members or 3,000. One price, not a pricing grid.
Am I locked into a contract?
No lock-in. Cancel any time and leave with all your data, exportable the day you decide. You're free to go, but your rate stays put: €99 a month and 1% commission, and we don't raise them.
